Please note that redlining is only available when using DocuSign Rooms. To answer your question, the process would not be simultaneously.

thanks so much. I was not aware of DocuSign Rooms. I am curious how this compares to DocuSign Negotiate though https://success.docusign.com/gen-negotiate/checklist/gennegotiate
In any case. I believe I have my answer that it is not simultaneous
