How can I download Signed file and Envelop into 1 file?

Hi team,

I tried to download the files with "Combined PDF" option, but I can only download the signed file.

I'm a "Receive a copy" role.

If I use the "Separate PDFs" option, I can download 2 separate files which Signed file + Envelop into 1 Zip.

Do I need any special setting for download the Signed file + Envelop into 1 PDF combined file?

The behavior you describe is managed by the sending account administrator in Setting>Signing Settings>Envelope Delivery>Attach certificate of completion to envelope.
