Can I send a reminder to only the participants that has not signed the document? If I hit "Resend" will my document be resent to ALL participants? and will they need to sign the document once again? A

The "resend" on any envelope will only send a notification to the Current or Responsible Recipient of the envelope. This does not remove information or notify Recipients that have already signed.
