What happens if 1) you send an agreement out for signatures, 2) you sign that sent agreement and the counterparty printed out the copy that’s signed by one side, but then 3) you void the agreement? What happens if the counterparty printed out the copy we signed (so after step 2 but before step 3) and subsequently signs that physical copy? Would the "Voiding" language in DocuSign make the counterparty signing a printed copy void?
