How a user declines the signature request

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

Hello,

A user received a document to sign and he does not approve the document.
How does he reject the approval?

Thank you

Elad

Hello, Elad

Your recipient (signer) need to click in the yellow button Review Document so he will enter in the envelope and see the document to be signed.

Instead clicking Next to Sign, he can decline using the OTHER ACTIONS menu in the right top corner, click there then select Decline, a popup box will show up so he can type the reason for declining then confirm.

The envelope will be set as Declined.

I hope that helps!

If that solve your problem, I’d appreciate if you can mark this as the Best Answer.

Thanks,

Alexandre
