I wanted to know if we can hide the account holder name and email address in the email notifications that are sent from the individual's account. Please refer below

I am sending a document to list of users. When they receive an email notification from DocuSign, it shows my name and email address in the notification like this:

Test Name

<my email id>

Can we hide this in the notification email?

Yes, it is possible by editing the resource files, if you do not have the option it can be due to your plan type, please contact our sales department or our Customer support, in the following article please view the Email Resource Files hyperlink: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=yum1583277332870.html&_LANG=enus

If you believe that you need further assistance, you can create a Customer Support case and a Tech Expert will be able to help. Please click the link below to open a Support case: https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport 

If you’re not able to open a Customer Support case via the above link, you can scroll down the page to “More Support Options” and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." You will have different options to contact Support.
