If we need to have more than 100 people sign several required and several optional documents through one link, what mechanisms we have to ensure that required documents are signed?

Can we disable "Finish" button if a required signature is missing? Or can we at least notify the signer that he missed a signature? We will automatically see on our side if that happened? Any other method?

Thanks

The Envelope workflow prevents a Recipient / Signer from progressing if they have not filled out Required fields.

As an example, if there are two Recipients in the workflow and you set the order as 1 and 2. If Signer 1 has a required signature field and an optional signature field, they cannot complete their portion until they have, at a minimum, signed the required field. The envelope will not progress to Signer 2. If Signer 1 never signs, eventually it will void the entire envelope. This goes for any number of Recipients or Signers, the envelope will never complete until all required fields by all Recipients has been completed.
