Please, I have a document signed and did not save the document until it was purged. Currently, document is still in my purged que and could not retrieve the content.
Please how can I retrieve this document urgently.

Hi there
Sadly once it has been purged then you are only left with the certificate.
There is no way to retrieve this once it has been purged. Up until the 13th July you would have been able to get a copy but from the 14th July the document is gone.
The only way you could have a copy if the signer had an account and has a copy stored there or if you included the attachments on the email you may have this.
If neither then you are not going to be able to get a copy.

So when they are in the Purge Queue you have 14 days to get a copy before it is permanently gone never to be seen again and cannot be recreated by the system.
Has it actually been purged or still pending?

It has been purged, the document was last modifiedon 12th June and said it was purged on the 13th of July. Although i can still see it in my list of completed items. When i open, i can see the DocuSign cert. but the actual document isn't there. Can you help retrieve this document?
