Scenario:
Creating a self-service contract renewal process. Will use a picklist on the Quote record in Salesforce to opt-in records to the program. Once in, Salesforce Marketing Cloud will ingest the records to a Journey.
This journey will email the customer at intervals of 120, 90, 60 30 days before their renewal deadline.
Issue / Decision:
I need to be able to present the customer with a PDF order form to sign that would be generated from the SF Quote. The order would ideally have Docusign tags included so the customer can sign when they receive it.
Having trouble solutioning how to get the order form to work.
Looking for ideas.
