We have created a template and several custom fields. The custom fields work great for the recipient that needs to sign the document, but we also want the recipient with "Needs to View" permission to also be able to see the values in the custom fields.

Additionally, we cannot figure out how to use Pre-Filled fields within the Bulk Send process and have several thousand envelopes to send out, so cannot be hand typing everything.

Please let us know how we can accomplish what is needed (Same template for everyone with both text values and check boxes, pre-populated from a spreadsheet & sent to both "Needs to Sign" and "Needs to View" recipients).

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

To show the initial value to all recipients, you would need the admin on the account to go to Settings > Sending Settings > Click "When an envelope is sent, write the initial value of the field for all recipients" > Save.

Regarding the use of pre-filled fields, I would recommend creating a template of the document and then download the sample CSV, in the CSV you can input the value for the fields needed and then import it to DocuSign: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=wtn1643071711000&topicId=lao1578456383175.html&_LANG=enus
