Date format using while sending document from Salesforce

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

Hello team,

We have a requirement where we have to mention envelope expire date in Subject or in Body of the email, solution I could think of creating a formula field(Deadline) , and using that in Subject (or body). As per regional settings Salesforce date format is DD/MM/YYY , and also earlier regional settings in Docusign was as per USA, I updated to DD/MM/YY, still Date format is in YYYY-MM-DD format

OR do we have anyother option to mention expire date in Subject or body?

Can anyone please help what could be the issue here??

Thanks

Okay Then you can create the date field on doc gen and select the date format.
second task would be  capture the date in the workflow and store in the text type variable.
last to pass the same variable in the eform or if you are directly writing the content in the step properties.

If you need any help, Let me know.

Hello @AmitV, Hope you doing great.

So I have one question, Are you filling the expiry date on document generation form or it is coming from salesforce?

Hi @Pawan Gangwani , thanks for responding, as I mentioned , I have created a formula field (Deadline__c) on opportunity object, which I am using as a merge field {!Opportunity.Deadline__c} in the Email subject . So answer to question, it is coming from Salesforce.
