Hello - When using the ID Verification and Liveness feature what do you in include in your disclosure for consent and ensure the use is in compliance with applicant?

When you go to implement the Liveness verification tool there needs to be a disclosure and consent to the applicant for its use. What disclosures or consent are people using for this service?

Thank you for reaching back and clarifying.

If you are looking for a copy of the verbiage of what's in the Consent information page of the Liveness workflow, we don’t have that documented anywhere outside of the product itself, However, you can obtain that by going through the Liveness workflow in demo: What are my options for a Docusign Trial account, Demo account, Developer account, or Free account?

You would need to contact customer support after creating the account to have the option enabled on the demo account as it usually does not have it enabled by default (this will have no cost)
