Hey everyone! I'm not sure if this feature is available, but I wanted to ask just in case it's possible. I've created a powerform that forwards to our ticketing system, generating a PDF. However, I'm wondering if there's a way to grab information from the document (senders name) or perhaps when the initial sender information is filled out, is there a way to customize for that information to populate on receipts file name? I see that “Completed” is automatically added to the receipt, is there a way to customize this?

What is currently showing is, “Completed: WireTransfer.pdf.” What I would like to see is, “Completed: (Name) Wire Transfer.pdf.” Attached is what I am seeing in our ticketing system. Thanks everyone!

@JP801 - You can edit the subject line in your PowerForm to read:   [[Signer_UserName]] Wire Transfer.pdf  where Signer is the Role name on your Template.

Hello --- this works to alter the subject line of the email but the file name for the attached PDF is not altered in any way.  Is there a way to automatically alter the file name for the signed PDF with, e.g., the signer’s name?

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.

Is this to prior uploading the document or after the envelope is completed?
