Billing mistake

I cancelled our paid account on February 12th (it was billing as month to month). However, we were charged again on February 21st. I have tried to contact customer service, but it won’t let me since the account is now a free one. Please let me know how to get this refund processed. Thank you,

I understand that even after canceling your subscription, you were charged again, and you’re unable to reach customer service because your account is now free. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.

According to our community guidelines (DocuSign Community Terms), we can only offer general information. The Account Admin will need to contact Support directly regarding billing inquiries, account change requests, or feature enablement.

Please create a case so that DocuSign support can review your account. The workaround is to submit a case without logging into your account by using the “I can’t access my account” option at the bottom of the page and providing complete details of the issue in the Case description.
