Duplicate signatures

I understand the problem you’re encountering where two clients sharing the same email address (in this case, a husband and wife) sometimes results in only one signature being captured for both signing spots. I sincerely apologize for this and rest assured I will make some efforts to assist.

The issue you are experiencing typically arises when two recipients share the same email address, but their fields are not accurately assigned. While I understand that you mentioned they were separate when sent, we can verify this once more. Please refer to the steps outlined below:

1. Copy the Envelope: Start by copying the envelope to review how it was originally sent.
2. Check Recipient Dropdown: Next, select the Recipient dropdown located in the upper left corner of the field tagging interface.

In general, the first recipient is assigned a yellow color, while a light blue color represents the second recipient. Therefore, ensure that the Signature blocks allocated to Recipient 1 and Recipient 2 are distinctly colored.

Additionally, I recommend setting a Signing Order so that one signer completes their part before the other begins moving forward. This can help streamline the signing process and avoid any confusion.
