Hello,

My CFO is the past has signed over 100 docusigns that we send to him and each of our customers each year on one date. Is there a way to get the CFO to sign one copy and then have it be sent to all the respective parties to sign their individual copy?

I am trying to avoid him having to sign 100 copies again of the same document.

Your best option is to have your CFO sign the document first before using the Bulk Send feature. To do this, have the CFO sign a master copy of the document outside of DocuSign (such as a manually signed PDF or a signed DocuSign envelope). Once you have the signed version, upload it as the document for your Bulk Send campaign. This way, when you send the envelope to your recipients, they will receive the pre-signed document and only need to add their own signatures. Let me know if you need help setting this up!
