Is it possible to send specific documents from a completed envelope to different people with the CC option?
I can split the envelope template and have two different templates to achieve this, but wondered if I can route each of the signed documents to different email addresses for action?

In that case you need to check the box under “Advanced Options” when creating the envelope and tick “Recipients must be signers to view signed documents”.

Then you will be able to access document visibility for the documents in the envelope:

Here you can change the check boxes for the CC recipients:

@Will Campion

Docusign eSignature has a feature called Document Visibility. if that is available to you. When set up correctly you can achieve that after signature only certain documents will be sent to certain CC recipients.

This Docusign Support article contains all relevant information on how limitations and how to set this up.

@Michael.Rave

Thanks for the tip, I have doc visibility turned on but for some reason it won’t apply to the template I have built…

@Will Campion

You should check the document visibility settings in the Admin section, as different behaviors can be configured. It's possible that the template was created when visibility was disabled or configured differently. You may need to update the template to ensure it is properly configured for document visibility and update the check boxes for the CC recipients as needed.

@Michael.Rave  Thanks - I have deleted and rebuilt the template, still no luck. I think I need to raise a support ticket.

Can you post a screenshot of the document visibility configuration?
