Help Needed: Name displaying incorrectly

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with how my company name appears when I send out documents for signatures. I would like it to display as “DR Investment Group - Distress Realty,” but it keeps showing up as “DR Investment Group - Realty Distress Realty.”

Even when I try entering my full name, “Realty” is still being added. Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue?

Try to change the user name under “Admin” → “Users”.

There you should probably see the duplicated “Realty” which was probably detected a middle name at some point during sign-up. When you correct your user name here, it should fix the described issue.
