I received a document that I need to sign, but when I tried to verify my ID card, the person who checked it said that it cannot be verified because my ID card is cracked in the corner. I don’t have passport, so ID card is the only valid document that I have. What can I do to confirm my identity and sign this document?
It will take about 30 days to make a new ID card, so that's not an option.
+12Maybe you contact your sender whether can choose other idv? It it a QES envelope?
