Powerform

When I edit a powerform, do the forms that were sent prior to the update remain active for the electronic signature?  Meaning they will go normally through the approval process.

Technically the Powerform is an overlay on top of a Template. When you edit the Template that has a corresponding Powerform, the edits to the Template such as adding/removing Recipients or DocuSign fields get automatically applied to the Powerform when the Template changes are saved.  When an individual starts a Powerform by selecting “Begin Signing” an envelope is created at that moment. Any changes to the Template/Powerform after that envelope was created has no impact on the envelope.  So changes to the Template/Powerform impact new envelopes only.
