I received an email from 000000@00000 with this subject: Account action needed: You’ve exceeded your Envelope limit. I have attached a file with the internet header. My first clue? I have not used DocuSign this month.

Has anyone else seen this email?

@nathaly.monge Thanks for the information. I recognized the email as a phishing attempt and primarily wanted to alert DocuSign to the issue. I will use the incident reporting site you included in your response.
