When signing a document, single signer (yourself) does the electronic record and signature disclosure have to be present in the combined PDF to ensure Part 11 compliance?

The ERSD will only be present in the combined PDF, when it was accepted during this transaction. For the following transactions it will not be present as it was previously accepted. You cannot disable the ERSD, as this would be non compliant with CFR Part 11. Therefore the settings are locked for account with the CFR Part 11 module enabled, as you can see in this screenshot, which was taken from a CFR Part 11 enabled account.
