The closest option that we offer is the use of Reports, you can pull up reports based on the desired user to know how many envelopes as been sent and received.
You can use the Recipient Activity Report, this is a standard report in DocuSign eSignature that provides information about the recipient's activity. The report includes columns such as Recipient Name, Recipient Email, Envelopes Received, Envelopes Requiring Signature, Envelopes Not Signed, Completion Rate, Average Completion Time, and Recipient Phone Number.
Currently, there is no option to show the amount of space that they are using.
However, any feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always more than welcome.
If you’re a DocuSign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request directly when you’re logged into your account. You’ll be able to click the “Give Feedback” button at the bottom of the screen to submit your idea.
