I like to add additional documents (supplemantal documents) to an envelope.
The situation is as follows:
- The document is generated in Salesforce
- I use an Envelope Template, created in Salesforce and available at the Docusign website, to assigne the Roles to the contacts
- Docusign opens
- In Docusign I created two additional templates one with supplement document A and one for B
- Docusign matches the Template for A
- Expected behaviour: to the uploaded document from Salesforce supplement document A is added and send also to the customer
- Actual: the template is matched, but the supplement document is not added
When I add the documents to the envelope template from Salesforce, file A and B appears.
