+1I am using Smartsheet to generate remote work argreements for our staff, i need to update the file name of the signed document to reflect the employees name and template name. the smartsheet functionnality works file is saved with the employee name, but the file delivered to the signers, and cc’ed reflects the template file name and random exetension .

The file delivered within the envelope completion email notification is a compressed folder that includes all documents in your envelope. If your signers open the compressed file, the completed documents along with their respective name should be included. For more details on how to work with the “Attach documents to completion email” account setting, see:
