Next button isn't there anymore

I am trying to send a document that needs 2 signatures. I downloaded the document, added the 2 names and scrolled down to the bottom and the “Next” button is not there, so I can’t go to the next page where I indicate where they sign. I have never seen this happen before, I am stuck on the first page!

Hello, @KimUND 

 

You are welcome to the Docusign Community!

 

Close all your browser sessions logged to your Docusign account.

Open an incognito window

Clear the cache

Do a login to your Docusign Account

Try again to create the envelope, adding your document, recipients, placing the signing fields in the document, see if the Next button shows up now.

We are having the same issue.

I would assume its a bug that has not been popularly reported or DocuSign has not corrected yet.

The NEXT button is completely missing from the usual required step that is always located at the bottom of after filling up all required items on form or doc page.

Please do the needful and look into issue deeper and fix bug DocuSign and let us know status of missing button. :)

Not a browser issue. Checked already.

I’m sorry to hear that the option is not available. I understand that the “Next” option is not showing.

Can you try opening your Docusign account via an Incognito/Private Window? Also, please try to clear your cookies and cache as well as to try to open your account in a different browser.
