User's session expired - lost envelope?

Hello all, happy last day of February!

A user was interrupted while entering a DocuSign form. When she resumed, the DocuSign session had expired. She did not get a chance to submit it. I see it in the Waiting for Other list. Is there a way to get that envelope submitted? Or does she have to enter it again? Thanks!!!

Thank you for reaching out here in Docusign Community.

This is in an expected behavior for webform. This might give them an option to finish later but it won’t allow them as this feature is currently being work on. 

The user will need to start from the beginning and complete it at the first attempt.
