How do I enable KBA based Authentication for my envelope recipients? I found some information here: https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-user-guide-recipient-authentication but i am not sure where set this up from my admin portal. Also, what are the additional costs associated with this approach?

If you have the option to select KBA based authentication during envelope creation than you should already, in essence have it enabled. The per use fee, from what I can find, is not disclosed anywhere in the DocuSign website or Community, all indications show you should contact your DocuSign Account Manager for more specific details....

They could also help enable this feature if it is not currently active for your DocuSign Account.
