I am currently encountering issues with the bulk send process taking a long time or “timing out.” I have used DocuSign’s bulk send for many years for populating (650+ fields) and routing large groups of contracts (70+) to many (up to 15 imported unique individuals). While the process did take some time (5 minutes or so), recently when going through the process there has been a much larger delay (30 minutes) and in some cases, the process times out and I am unable to route the documents. Has there been a change in the last year or so or is there something that I could be missing that would be causing the delay or issues with sending the bulk send?
