Question

Unable to create developer account

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

Hi,

I've been trying to create a DocuSign developer account, but no matter which email I use, the registration process doesn't complete. I even tested the process with an existing email, expecting an error message indicating that the account already exists, but instead, the "Get Started" button stays in a submit state and nothing happens—no error message or confirmation.

At this point, I'm unsure if the registration form is working correctly. I have attempted the process with five different emails and have also tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Clearing cookies and cache
  • Using a private/incognito window
  • Trying a VPN
  • Using a mobile device on a different network

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Could someone please assist me in resolving this?

Thank you.

I have the exact same problem on my main DocuSign account. Looking at the web console I see the API call fails. I think the error is on their side, below is the console error

Hello there! Have you tried with a different browser? After clicking on "Get Started", the browser will be redirected to another URL with a Modal to submit the code you will receive in your email.

As you already tried with different networks, have you tried with different environment, like another PC?

Hi Guilherme

I have tried multiple browsers and cleared all data on both. The original post also stated they tried two machines and mobile device.

@Tdeveloper Have you tried to contact the internal support team so they can check if the emails were registered within Docusign?

If the email was saved even though you had problems with the interface, they could send an reactivation email.

Hello @Tdeveloper

Thank you for reaching out here in the Docusign Community. Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

I apologize for your inconvenience in creating an API account with us.

To start an API account, you must register for a Docusign Developer DEMO account. Creating a developer account is the first step in getting started developing integrations with Docusign. Then, you can add and configure your app in the account and obtain an integration key.

Please use this link for reference. It also has the link to create your Demo Account.

If you have already tried registering using this link and are unable to proceed, please send me the email address you are using to register for the account via direct message.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
