the envelopes I send cannot be signed on mobile phones

When I send envelopes to be signed, when the recipient receives the e-mail in his phone and click on the button to sign, it shows a webpage saying that signature fom mobile devices is not permitted

 

is this normal?

Greetings,

It’s very possible that a necessary setting is not enabled on your account.  If you’re an Admin, head into the Admin page and slick ‘Signing Settings’ in the left hand panel and check the setting below.  If it’s disabled, recipients of envelopes sent from your account will encounter the error you mentioned:
