I have created an envelope and sent it to the signatory, but I cannot see the envelope I have created on Docusign.

So for the document that you have send for signature, you can see in “agreements” tab and the envelops that you have created are for use and visible in “templates” tab.

Both the agreement and template tabs are empty.


oh that’s strange because if you had created the envelope then it is saved in “Template” Tab.

Can you try applying the filter?

Because it was being used in the office, the rights were transferred to the office upon sending, so it disappeared from my screen.
