Stuck in "correct" status

I have a document that I can not get out of correct status. I’m new at this, what am i doing wrong?

Hi Sbuchan:

When you corrected the document did you complete the process by clicking on ‘send’ (or ‘finish’ - I can’t recall what the last box is called)? If you don’t complete this step the envelope can’t move out of ‘correcting’ status. 

Basically, you need to makes your changes then resend the document (and you can only make changes before the recipient signs - once a document is signed you can’t change anything).

I am sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to get your envelope out of the correcting status, but I will share the steps to correct this issue.

 

In order to trigger the envelope’s status to change, you will need to start a new correction in Agreements> Sent> Correct, and click “Correct” or “Discard Changes” at the end of the process.

I am having the same issue, I clicked “correct” to see if I would be able to change a recipient email address, then I discarded the changes, but my document is “stuck” in “correcting” mode. 

So I tried to make a change (a recipient had already signed) but I am getting an API error saying too many tries or something like that.

This sounds like a bug, but of course no way to contact Docusign support, I am stuck.

If that rings a bell, thanks in advance for your help.

I am still stuck, I tried many times again, and no way to get “real” support.

This is the 1st doc I try to sign with Docusign, and I am already stuck… I guess that my evaluation is other, I will get a paid plan!

Same problem indeed, but no solution, except maybe getting a paid plan! Docu does not seem to care much about fixing issues of trial users...
