I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that one of the signers of your Powerform, after they declined the signature still received notification.
Do you know if the signer initiated multiple times the Powerform? There is the possibility that they initiated the Powerform at least two times.
Only the Powerform owner can see the replies to the Powerforms, please see View Responses to a PowerForm.
