Service Templates Keep Disappearing From My Template Menu

My service agreement templates have recently disappeared from the menu. I was using the same agreement template for a long time and it disappeared from the menu. I changed my password and I uploaded a new updated template and now after one use it has disappeared from my template menu. What’s the problem? I’ve been using DocuSign for years without issue; so, this is a new problem and I don’t understand why it keeps happening.

Workround for templates disappearing…..Just happened to me for the 3rd time and the rep that helped me couldn't figure out why but at least gave me a quick workaround so that I do not have to input the document from scratch…...Go to your sent folder and find a completed version of the template that disappeared.  Click on the three dots on the right and select create template.  You can then recreate the template based off the previous completed version.  All you have to do it name it.   Hope that helps somebody

Can you please confirm if what is missing is just the templates only or the template tab itself is missing?

I don't see any report or incident related to this issue. Would you mind trying these steps and check if the issue persists? Just in case we have encounter a possible affectation:

1. Clear the cache and cookies
2. Try a different browser(s)
3. Try an Incognito/in-private window
4. Try a different device
5. Test with different Internet networks such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.

Same problem here….been using agreement for years and it just disappeared on me...Tried from 5 different devices and it is not appearing...is also not in the recently deleted folder.    Now I’m losing several hours having to do it again

This is the feedback I left with Docusign - no support for my problem - I have been using Docusign for years and now all of my service agreements disappeared.  I contacted the community and was provided with advice that did not resolve my problem. There instructions to manage case and create new case are inaccurate and do not work. I tried from my desktop and using chrome. I am not switching browsers to work around your coding errors. Fix your code or lose customers.  This is costing me hours of productivity. I hate change, but I'm about to make one and I'm certain that I am not alone.

We’re having the same problem. It has deleted our templates 3 times. It seems to be after we’ve used them. There isn’t anything in the trash folder. I’m also considering leaving. I’m not going to keep remaking templates every time we use them. If there’s not a fix and they’re not working on one, I will start looking for a new service now.

We recommend that you open a case for this so that this can be investigated and see if there’s any possible bug.

This is not the best platform to raise this issue, as they may request a HAR file and API log to investigate further.

Another work around I found is to create multiple copies of the template and populate them later.
