Reopen document for signing for recipients who pressed finished

Docusign have merged the documents into one long document AND recipients thus need to sign several places.
Four recipients have signed first place but accidentally pressed "Finished" before signing on other pages.
How do we get the document reopened so they can signed the remaining places?

Hello, @PeterBBDenmark

You are welcome to the Docusign Community!

If the envelope is in the Completed status then you cannot change it anymore. In this case, you’ll need to send a new envelope with the documents to be signed.

However, if the envelope stills in Waiting for Others or Needs to Sign status, you can click in Correct button, add the Sign Here fields in the pages where the signers need to sign, click in Correct again. The envelope will be resent to them.

I hope that helps!

Best,

Alexandre
