HI, there. Pretty sure I know the answer to this one, but is there any way to remove the VOID watermark from voided envelopes? Or to download a previous version of the agreement - before it was voided?

Thanks, Zoe

Ah - I misunderstood.

I think you’re out of luck. Once a DocuSign is voided, you can’t change it. In future (if you knew who decided not to sign) you could ‘correct’ the envelope before it was finalized to remove the non-signers. That should preserve the signatures without adding ‘void’. Or maybe you could make signatures optional so that refusing to sign wouldn’t void the envelope…?

good luck

@Zoe Bee

I think I read somewhere that you can copy the voided envelope to a new envelope and get a ‘fresh’ copy that is not marked ‘void’ to resend. However, I cannot find information on this on the DocuSign site, so the process may have changed.

Thanks, Mr1. That’s true, but that doesn’t do what I need. Our issue is that some people sign the envelope and some don’t and we’d like to capture the legitimate signers’ sigs without having VOID written over them. Copying the envelope only copies the docs/fields, not the sigs.

Yep, thanks. I’m aware of all of that and assumed the answer was no, but I promised of our departments that I’d double-check.

I appreciate your time.
