Sometimes documents are received without pdf attachments and you need to log in and download - why does that happen? is there something I should be doing?

@Mike333 - That is part of the Signing Settings under Envelope Delivery for the account that originated the envelope.   At the enterprise level, or if you receive envelopes from different companies, these settings might be different.
