When I have signed a document I have stopped receiving a copy by email  

@KAncell  - Sometimes, emails from DocuSign might end up in your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders to see if the notifications are there.  Also, make sure your email notification settings in DocuSign are configured correctly. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your DocuSign account.
  2. Click on your profile image or initials in the upper right corner and select "Preferences."
  3. Click on "Notifications" in the left-hand menu.
  4. Verify that all the necessary notifications are enabled.
