When I send a document, will other users in our account have access to the document? Can account administrators view the document?

@Sharie

The document is visible to all users that are included in the recipient workflow.

Per default other account users will not have any access to your sent documents. There are various ways in DocuSign eSignature to share envelopes between user accounts, where this is required from a business point of view.

Yes, your DocuSign Administrator is able to view all documents in the entire account, as he is able to either set up shared access, transfer the ownership of an envelope or access it directly with his elevated permissions.
