Need Help Correcting Seat Allocation for DocuSign Standard License (TechSoup Donation)

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re doing well. We recently received a DocuSign Standard License donation through TechSoup, which should allow 1 to 5 users. Unfortunately, during activation, we made a mistake and only selected one seat, even though the plan includes five.

We’ve already activated the code, but we need help enabling the remaining four seats. Has anyone experienced this issue before, or does anyone have advice on how to fix it?

Any assistance or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!

I understand that you received a donation of a DocuSign Standard License through TechSoup, which is designed for 1 to 5 users. However, it appears that during the activation process, you only selected one user seat and now require assistance in enabling the remaining four. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

According to our community guidelines (https://community.docusign.com/site/terms) we can only provide general information. For Billing Inquiries, Account Change Requests, or Feature Enablement, the Account Admin will need to reach out to Support directly.

To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case.” Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center. If you have already created a case, you can send me a private message with the case number so I can follow up with the team.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
