Issue with eSignature drawing field

I understand that you're experiencing an  issue with the Drawing field where they are returning as oversized and not staying in the correct spot. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

After checking further, I can confirm that you are affected by a known product issue. Please rest assured that our Engineering team is actively working on its resolution. This is the ticket number: DOCMGMT-4428.

If you would like to receive any updates regarding this issue, we encourage you to open a Customer Support case referencing the ticket number above: https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport

To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, simply go to the 'Get Support' section, select 'Open a Support Case', and log in using your Docusign credentials. Then, choose a case subject and, if you have multiple Docusign accounts, select the appropriate one to continue. Article:  Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.

Any update on a fix for this issue? I have a case open with support but they just keep telling me no update or ETA has been provided by the engineering team.

I understand you are asking for an update on a fix for the issue and that you already opened a case, but the Engineering team provided no update ETA. I wholeheartedly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

I can see updates on this bug, DOCMGMT-4428, where some customers confirmed the issue was resolved. Can you kindly provide me the case number via personal message so I can raise it for review? Please do not reply here with any Personal Identifiable Information as this is a public forum.
