Issue with eSignature drawing field

Hello
I use the drawing field on a car sales application form, when the signer draws inside the field, the initial view of the signer appears normal, but when the document is downloaded the field expands across the entire sheet and does not allow me to see the rest of the content document

I have minimized the field size, adjusted the view to be responsive, renamed the field but nothing seems to work properly, does anyone know why this is happening? I attach an image of my issue

I understand that you're experiencing an  issue with the Drawing field where they are returning as oversized and not staying in the correct spot. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

 

After checking further, I can confirm that you are affected by a known product issue. Please rest assured that our Engineering team is actively working on its resolution. This is the ticket number: DOCMGMT-4428.

To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, simply go to the 'Get Support' section, select 'Open a Support Case', and log in using your Docusign credentials. Any update on a fix for this issue? I have a case open with support but they just keep telling me no update or ETA has been provided by the engineering team.

I understand you are asking for an update on a fix for the issue and that you already opened a case, but the Engineering team provided no update ETA. I wholeheartedly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
