I need TECH Support NOW

Can anyone tell me the best competitor for Docusign? I’ve been a member for 20 years but they have NO tech support when their product is not working. I know how to send a docusign. The software is messing up and I cannot get help. Please someone tell me the best company to use for electronic signature?  In running a business who has time to not get help when needed.

I have paid for my Docusign account for 20 years, no phone number for tech support is available. it only gives you pages and pages of AI driven reasons (of which NONE of the options are valid) This happened last time I had an issues, its almost impossible to find a phone number to call. I am actively looking for a replacement software that doesnn’t abandon their paying customers. Someone did call me, left a message and said for me to email him back but didn’t leave an email address or phone number. Thus the message was absolutely useless. :(

I apologize for the inconvenience, that is not the experience we want you to have. Unfortunately, Support do not have a direct contact number. Could you please specify a time for them to call you including your timezone? Alternatively, if you prefer, you can provide a specific time when you are available for a Zoom meeting, and I will try my best to communicate this to the DocuSign support team.
