I seem to have been unable to sign any documents on behalf of my boss. I can view the document into homepage and once I click on sign it, it appears a message "Error accessing envelope. Rejected". However, I have access as delegated signer.

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to sign as a delegate, but I will gladly help you get to the root cause of the issue as soon as possible.

Is this error appearing if you re-try using other devices, networks, and browsers?

If it does, I would recommend having the user that assigned you as their delegate remove you from the list and re-adding you.
