I am trying to create a power form from a template and it says "cannot create powerform from this template". I am set up with the correct signing permissions.

I have it set up for the team member to sign first and a manager to sign second. The document is a PDF.

Check this article first and run through the list of requirements for the Powerform to see if these resolve your issue...

Fun fact: it turns out you will also continue to receive the same errors if you have an "in-person signer" in your list of recipients.

I fixed everything else using the link above (since I was having the same issue as OP) and continued to receive the error until I switched the in-person signer to a standard recipient -- and then it worked.
