I have a document that I prepare that has several signatures throughout that are marked as not required and then one on the last page that is required.  The problem that occurs is that if they sign one of the non required lines it auto scrolls to the end for them to sign the required signature.  Then they have to scroll back up to where they were and then it will do the same thing again next time they sign another one of the non required fields.  How do I prevent it from auto-scrolling to the required signature field?

For context the document is for the signers to review and error check and if they are ok with a section they sign and if they come across something that needs fixed they don’t.  The purpose of the required signature is so that they can’t accidentally click complete on the document before they’ve had a chance to go through the whole thing.

Greetings,

An admin can change the Auto-navigation settings on your account by going into the Admin page and selecting Signing Settings from the left panel.  In there, look for the Auto-Navigation setting and change the dropdown selection from what it is now (probably “Navigate Required Fields”) to “Navigate All Fields.”

Here’s a great article with more information on this setting: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-do-I-auto-navigate-or-skip-past-optional-fields-such-as-check-boxes-or-radio-buttons?language=en_US

I hope this helps!
