Hi,

We just set up an automatic reminder on all our envelopes a few days ago.

We still have around 150 envelopes which are still pending others to sign and which where send before we set up the automatic reminder.

How do I get those envelopes in the automatic reminder ‘cycle’. Can I use the button correct or resend? Or do we need the send a whole new envelope to those people?

If the automatic reminder functionality was turned off at the time of sending the envelope, you can manually correct the envelope and add the automated reminder functionality. The same step-by-step process works to extend the envelope expiration:

  1. Click on “Correct” on the envelope
  2. Click on “Advanced options” on the top right
  3. Check the “Send automatic reminders” checkbox and configure the number of days
  4. Click “Save” at the bottom of the screen
  5. Click “Correct” to complete the envelope correction

In addition to turning on the automatic reminders, you can click on “Resend” to send the current recipient a reminder right away. Depending on how you configure the number of days, a combination of the both can be a good way forward to remind them.
