I am an HR Manager and trying to set up a process to create a powerform link for managers to click on and complete on/offboarding forms that would be sent to various signers/departments.

If I was to create a template that had more than one page, could I have certain pages go to certain signers and hide information on those forms from others? Or create one form and hide the fields such as wage information from others when they receive their copies?

Hello @Melony,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you, I know the importance of displaying the documents during the Signing Session; I understand that you want to know how to hide information from the recipients.

Currently, there is no option to hide information on a Powerform, however, any feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always more than welcome.

If you’re a DocuSign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request directly when you’re logged into your account. You’ll be able to click the “Give Feedback” button at the bottom of the screen to submit your idea.

If you are creating a template to use without making it a Powerform you could use the Document Visibility, if you send an envelope containing multiple files and you want to control which files each recipient sees, you can use document visibility to accomplish this.

There is another option to hide the text information please see How to Hide Text, to hide text in an envelope or template, follow these steps: 1. Place a text field on your document. 2. Open the properties panel for the text field. 3. Expand the Formatting section. 4. Select the option to hide text with asterisks. 5. Optionally, provide a meaningful name for the hidden field data. 6. Add the rest of your recipient fields and send the envelope or save the template. The text entered in the field will be replaced with asterisks and will be concealed in the signing session and on the PDFs. The sender can view or download the form data to reveal the hidden data.
