Hello @CJP,
Thank you for the explanation. Once a document is signed in DocuSign, it is considered legally binding. Any modifications to the actual PDF (outside of Docusign) can potentially affect its validity. What you can do is forward the completed envelope in Docusign. Forwarding creates a copy of a completed envelope, which you can send to new recipients as is or add new documents and fields as needed. For a forwarded envelope, you cannot remove any information or signatures on the completed documents, but you can add new recipients, documents, and recipient fields. A new envelope ID will be created; however, the Certificate of Completion will contain the original Source envelope ID. Additional details about the process can be found here.: Forward a Completed Envelope
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan. Compare eSignature plans & pricing.
