Copy envelope with field data

I am trying to copy an envelope with field data. The option has been enabled in our settings.

When I copy the envelope I cannot see the completed field data, the form looks blank. Will the data be displayed to recipient once I send the envelope?

No. If the form fields appear blank when you copy the envelope, the original completed data will not be displayed to new recipients once you send the copied envelope. The “Copy Envelope” function typically preserves the structure, roles, and configuration of the original envelope but does not carry over previously completed recipient data into the new envelope unless very specific conditions are met.

Thanks @JohnSantos . According to docusign online help/info it states:

From the Agreements page, locate the envelope by searching, filtering, or simply scanning the list.
Select the more actions icon > Copy With Field Data.
A new envelope is created containing all of the original envelope details and any recipient-entered field data from completed signers (excluding signatures and initials and other system-generated data).
Make whatever changes to the envelope you like: add or remove files, recipients, or modify the message.
To make changes to your recipient fields, click NEXT.
To send your envelope, click SEND.

The new envelope that i am getting has no data copied across.

What are the conditions i need to meet?

Only signer-entered data in the following field types are copied:

Text fields
Check boxes
Radio buttons
Drop-down fields
Note fields
Date fields (if entered by the recipient)

You must have permission to view and copy the envelope.
If you don’t have the necessary access rights or the envelope is not shared in a way that allows you to see the completed data, it won’t transfer over.

Thanks @JohnSantos, it would appear that my understanding of how this is meant to work is correct.

I have administrator access on our account and the fields on the orginal form were mainly text fields and check boxes, but are not being carried across when choosing Copy With Field Data

It would appear to be a technical issue.
